The standard universal search the is pre-bundled with Mac Osx is Spotlight; the major differences between them is that Google Quick search box can search both the files on your computer and web content. • Handbrake - Handbrake allows you to rip dvds in excellent quality and save them on your mac or transfer them to your other devices; such as your iPhone or iPod. It does become stressful to have 100 dvds stuffed into a drawer, when you could just rip them over using Handbrake and sync them with your iPhone for flicks to-go.
